Who Are Birdafraider?

Birdafraider are a four piece cover band based in Hull, East Yorkshire. We play songs written by other bands thus saving a lot of hard work. See Song List for more details on that.

The band consists John Lee (Guitar/vocals) Chris Redfearn (Drums/Vocals) Niels Jenssen (Bass/DIY) and Tony Weeks (Lead Vocals/Cigars). We have all played in other bands that you won't have heard of , so no point in mentioning them here.

Oh, and to avoid any confusion, "Birdafraider" was Niels' Dutch grandma's attempt at remembering the English word "Scarecrow". It was so wrong that it stuck.
